Maui 3D Video

The “Maui Digital 3D Comprehensive Plan.” This  Technology is called "3D Visioning motion computer G.I.S. software." It creates a dynamic new way for Maui County Council decision makers to better VISUALIZE how Maui can implement the most effective Hazard Mitigation, Safety, and Security scenarios for Maui. In 2003 Earth Foundation directed a campaign and lobbied the Maui County Council that resulted in the Council and Maui's Mayor passing legislation that provided the $150,000 funding needed for this technology to be bought and used for Maui County.
